Talking to those who have crossed over, to help them heal, to help with having some closure, forgiveness and helping for any other reason in this area is greatly important. Not only people alive, but those who have crossed over need Healing. Especially those who have crossed need help. Many of them are still holding onto something or someone, or being held onto by their loved ones still alive and it creates heavy energy. Energy that blocks us and them from moving forward in various situations in life.
Lost Souls...Earthbounds... They are around us more often than we realize! When we feel sad or overwhelmed, confused, have any logically unexplainable addictions, unusual cravings... when feeling depressed, feeling stuck, feeling guilty, feeling distracted, having million thoughts at once and having hard time to be clear, when there is weird energy in the house, at work, in relationships...
